  8. The data may be made available only to the Controller's service providers or their subcontractors.
  9. You have certain rights in connection with the processing of personal data, including:
    a) the right of access to the content of your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Controller is processing the data and information concerning such processing;
    b) the right to rectify the data if the data processed by the Controller are inaccurate or incomplete;
    c) the right to demand from the Controller to erase the data (“the right to be forgotten”);
    d) the right to demand from the Controller to restrict the processing of the data;
    e) the right to data portability;
    f) the right to object to the processing of the data on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest or to the processing for direct marketing purposes;
    g) the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority or with the supervisory authority of another Member State of the European Union, competent in respect of the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or in respect of the place of alleged infringement;
